Well I have 3 websites all the same guild but 1 is a EQL Solusek Ro group 1 is a EQL Firiona Vie group the other is a EQ2 Lucan Group. We are all the same guild but I host the independant sections as seperate websites. I have one section of forums that are Guild Wide Forums and so are linked from the Original Site (sol ro) to the others. Then I have Game wide forums (such as class forums and tradskill forums) that link between firiona and solusek. All three websites share colors and themes and the forums have been designed to be as smooth as possible on the parent site but once I link them to the other sites they get scrambled. For instance our Guild wide forums appear as a catagory at the top of each websites forums but on the sister sites Bbun's Pub our roleplaying forum appears at the top instead of the Outcry which is our Guild Wide main communication channel. So I have on the parent channel a setup like this...
Guild Wide Forums:
And that is the way I want it on all the websites but the sister sites look like this.Guild Wide Forums:
Of course I changed the forum names in this example but as you can see it distorts the level of importance that each of the forums should have in that category. If I could control the Forums location on each site that would solve my problem or even if they would mirror the order that was given on the parent site the problem would be fixed as well.
The numbers would force your order. It's not an ideal solution, but it should get you through the feature freeze until Aaron gets back from his trip and can start looking at feature requests again.
