Now that we are able to customize the welcome letter (thank you!), I'd appreciate the ability to customize the text displayed following an application submission.  Right now, when someone submits an application to a guild, they receive a form response saying that their app has been submitted.

As with the Welcome Letter, it would be useful to be able to customize the text they get after they apply.  We want to be able to give them further instructions in that text.  For example, we want to let them know that we'll be looking for them in game to chat with them prior to inviting them to our guild.  In that text, we could also provide a list of officers so they would know who to look for.

Is this something that can be implemented relatively soon?

When would you want it sent out? Right after they fill out the app?

BTW, I'm sure Aaron is busy and I hate to ask the same questions over an over.  We really need a place where we can see what has been approved or denied, what the progress is and what the ETA is, along with the ability to add notes/feedback.  I don't doubt that Aaron is always working on something and we'd harass him less if I could look at a table or chat and see that this has been "approved" with an ETA of 2 weeks, for example. 

The 07/13/12 release is the target for this, btw.
