Mail Notification v6
by Mottie
Description
This mod opens a popup to notify you if you have a new mail message. It was written for users who wish to hide their top menu bar (state bar/log in bar). Or if you just want a bigger message telling you that you have mail. I've set it up to open either a growl window (timed popup) or a facebox (popup you have to close).
For more information on the custom variables, please see
this post
.
To style the growl window (pictured above), use the "Growl Window Styling" Mod or refer to
this post
.
To style the Facebox popup window, please refer to
this post
.

Signup Status Color v5
by Mottie
Description
This mod will add CSS classes to the character status, so you can set the color yourself with the CSS and the script will do the rest. Within the script, you can set it to just color the Status column or the entire row. This is what it will look like:
*Note: this is an old screenshot, but the code still works

WOOT. Lol now i dont feel so dumb. Some of my guildies asked for the exact same thing and I looked in the drop down menu and couldnt find any thing that even remotely hinted of this. So who do we have to talk to
about possibly getting some thing like this added to the feartures.

Aaron Lewis is usually the one who adds stuff in. You request it in these forums and if he gets time to and can he usually adds the stuff in. Although latley he has been a rare spawn in the forums hes still getting stuff done.

Well I was just about to post the very same suggestion. So I too look forward to the implementation of this. I think that we should have it set up as a seperate content box instead of being included in the roster. I believe that would make it all better.

Spent a good deal of time trying to do just this...
Asking Santa for such a very useful feature!!!
I don't see why recent forum post boxes couldn't exist much like the recent blog box.

An important point though on this, I really agree with neebat from thefirst page of this thread, the recent activity should be on the mainforum index page, not seperate.
Which I think would mean that the new display option for the recentforum activity would be directly in the forum options its self, itcould be seperate also but that would be annoying to see it on all theforum pages, threads, sticky, locked topics.. Not that I'm opposed toit being a seperate content function, just wouldn't be good on theforums page imo.
Would be great if you had the best of both worlds though, a seperatecontent box and having this option in the forum display editor.

The coding for this feature is done and will be pushed to the web and database servers tonight at 11 PM EST. The new content type will be called "Recent Posts Stand-alone."
