Mail Notification v6
by Mottie
Description
This mod opens a popup to notify you if you have a new mail message. It was written for users who wish to hide their top menu bar (state bar/log in bar). Or if you just want a bigger message telling you that you have mail. I've set it up to open either a growl window (timed popup) or a facebox (popup you have to close).
For more information on the custom variables, please see
this post
.
To style the growl window (pictured above), use the "Growl Window Styling" Mod or refer to
this post
.
To style the Facebox popup window, please refer to
this post

Signup Status Color v5
by Mottie
Description
This mod will add CSS classes to the character status, so you can set the color yourself with the CSS and the script will do the rest. Within the script, you can set it to just color the Status column or the entire row. This is what it will look like:
*Note: this is an old screenshot, but the code still works

Fingers of Fury!
Alright, so here is our site:
http://www.guildportal.com/Guild.aspx?GuildID=241533&TabID=2372227
What im trying to do is add a stationary border on the left and right side of the main content. Much like the bricks in this website:
http://www.darksentinelsofwar.com/
Any idea how i accomplish this? I assume i need to add a 3 column table into the main page somehow, with the body (3 content boxes and banner/footer) all within the center column. Seems like it would be pain to do though.
Help would be appreciated.

Are you talking about the boarders that are on the far left and right of all the website content? If that's the case, I believe those are just background images and the spaces for the content boxes (and banner) are just altered to rest within the walls of that image. I've seen a few regular posters here in these forums have those on their websites.
That is, of course if that's what you are referring too.

Yeah, I have no clue to what you're talking about either. Not sure what you mean by "stationary border" or "bricks", so if you could clarify those terms, it might help us help you.
I assume you mean having more than one column in the center content box, but I could be wrong.

from what im assuming your meaning you will need to coed it out and jus out the outside borders ie left and right content containers as one thing and center as another

I figured it out via CSS. Woot! What do you guys think of the site so far?
Basically i just wanted the background repeating y, however before i had problems when i scaled the window around, the background would move and not remain relative to the center content. Sorry for the lack of better words.

Need to add the .css:
body {background: url(YOUR URL HERE) center center;background-repeat: repeat-y; background-color: #000000;}
This will work for a center aligned, repeating vertically bg. Like the one i have on my site.
