Your banner really makes the site standout. Its detail really grabs your attention, the dragon is a nice touch .. also the size of the banner works realy well, its a bit large but scalable for the different resolutions, meaning that if you cut of the guy on the right the banner still owns.

Overall I like the box images. I havn't figured out what lefttopcorner graphic is yet, heh assuming its some sort of dragon part. The gold bar that you have running diagonnaly through the menu graphics is must have, its color I think saves your site from appearing to dark. Only thing that doesn't sit right for me is the top/middle bars...the solid bars, just personel preferance tho, they look really professional, how it blocks off tho on the left edge just doesn't make em blend well.

Nice background choice, I've never felt so close to a black dragon before
