Is it possible to make my current floater non-scrolling?  I use my background image and floater image to create my "background."  I can stop the background from scrolling but the floater will stay in a fixed position.  Is there any way I can make it where both are non-scrolling?

I know I could combine the two into one image but that would look yucky on different monitor sizes, right?

Actually no, you can't do it using the standard floater stuff. You'd be better off putting an image in your footer (using custom HTML, for example), and using its style attribute to set absolute positioning. Something like this (play with it till it does what you want):

<img alt="" src="" style="position: absolute; top: 0px; right: 0px;" />

That would put an image in the top right-hand corner of the browser window that won't scroll. To put spacing between the top and right edges of the browser window and the image, increase those 0px values.
