Looks good.  A little long to load for those not using highspeed but hey, who plays these online games using dialup anyway?  I like the colors but for the Banner and the tabs being White on light blue making it hard to see.  I think a red-pink color for those areas would be good.   (holding back the 5th star for the hard to read tabs).

The banner is a bit hard to make out. The font looks cool, but the white on bright blue doesn't make it very apparent.

Same problem with the menu.

You're at ~950px browser width, which means anyone running a 17" monitor is going to have to look at the site in near full screen size.

You have about 325px space from the top of page to top of content. That's acceptable IMO, but could be better if you trimmed up the empty space.

The bright blue -> bright gold -> dark red color combination result in an eye-bleeding painful transition that makes reading near impossible. Change the Red/Black pattern to a low-contrast Taupe/White pattern and make the font black or dark grey. That should make the site a lot less jarring.

The repeating background is also a bit bleh. I loathe floating backgrounds though, so I would say work on making the background more of an acceptable repeat. use a low contrast pattern background and fade out the edges of the image. Or just scrap the land portion and use a cropped portion of the cloudy sky as your background.
