Description
This mod allows you to add a YouTube video and change the player styling along with other options. Also, you can easily add a mp3 audio file using the basic Google mp3 player
or a player that can easily be styled (Wordpress player)

Description
This mod opens a popup to notify you if you have a new mail message. It was written for users who wish to hide their top menu bar (state bar/log in bar). Or if you just want a bigger message telling you that you have mail. I've set it up to open either a growl window (timed popup) or a facebox (popup you have to close).

Description
This mod will add CSS classes to the character status, so you can set the color yourself with the CSS and the script will do the rest. Within the script, you can set it to just color the Status column or the entire row. This is what it will look like:

Completely in my personal opinion,
- Try a banner that isn't a box, maybe have it blend into the colour of the background, or spread out to the sides beyond the scope of the rest of the site, can add a very "sweeping" feel.
- Try filling in the navigation buttons (the light blue?) to have them stand out more
- I would even suggest giving the text fields coloured backgrounds, like a dark, desaturated blue or grey
and scrap their borders, OR leave it as it is and darken the borders so they don't stand out so much - the text + images are the important parts, right?
- Consider a different typeface as body text - sans serif? Pure white can also be hard to read on black, especially in large amounts (ex. on the forums) - maybe use a light grey instead?
All my own preferences, but I hope it helps!

Thank you for your suggestions.
I agree with the banner: I was looking at that earlier in the day wondering about making it smaller because it seemed so big. That was just a spur of the moment attempt by me to get something up. I'm not a graphic designer so hopefully I can find someone in the guild that can make a better banner.
I'll play around with the colors as you suggested to see what makes the site more readable and eye-pleasing.
Somehow I failed to realized you can use html code when designing so I was doing everything in design mode. If you look at the "Recognitions" page, the Instance run boxes and the Raid run boxes are in html/css and use red and green text. Would you say these are more pleasing on the eye?

Hm, I can't find the Recognitions page, do I have to be a member or some such?
A good base to think about when looking at banners is that you want to draw the new viewer's eye, but not distract, and once it's been seen, you don't want it to become a burden to the page. A shorter banner allows people to "get over" it when they need to, and makes laptop viewing easier (less vertical scrolling to reach information).

Oops, you do need to be a member. Give me about 5 minutes to change all the page properties to General so you can see all the tabs. I'm so used to them all showing up that I didn't even think about that.
Edit: All set. That was the only tab not set to public. Sorry about that

I'm wondering also on the Recognitions page, if it would be better to collapse/expand the instance list rather than have them all listed out as it is currently laid out.
For example, the page would have the 4 headers (Classic, BC, LK, Cata) and when you click on a header, the list will expand listing all the instances for that expansion in green or red.
I wouldn't know how to do that though.

Hey Mottie. I only found this place yesterday and have seen your name quite a bit around here. I've already used some of your code - such as the "rounded recruitment" code, so thanks for that.
We're not much of a raiding guild for the progression bar though. We're still trying to get a 10 man together. However, I like the idea of the activity feed.
Edit: Redesigned the "Recognitions" tab to push the raids and instances to the sides with the feed in the middle, and the unlocked rewards (currently none) underneath the feed. Thoughts?
