How can i reduce center container,and placing it in the middle along with left and right container sticked?

Not quite sure what this question is.
Unless you use CSS the only positioning options you get are left/centre/right.
However you can specify overall page width under:
            control panel
            styles and colours
            page styles.
This can be set as a percentage of the visible window  or as a fixed pixel number in size (this determines the overall width of all containers present ie: 1, 2 or 3).
The actual container sizes can also be manipulated as pixels or percentage under:
            control panel
            site pages
            display options.
Under content containers appearance;
The default is 175px for left and right and the remainder for centre (depends on above setting under page style)
