I looked at your CSS and didn't see anywhere that has that bright blue color.

One thing I noticed was that they acted like visited links, whereas every tab I clicked, it's border changed to the light blue color. Although, there are no borders on any of your other links so it can't be your link colors. If it was the UnselectedTab, the others would revert back to that bright blue border.

You could try removing Img (with the 2px borders) from your CSS and see if that does anything (since your tabs are images).

If still there, maybe remove any Border attributes from your selected and unselected tab lines. ::shrug:: I can't see that having any impact, although there is nothing there that should be causing them to appear in the first place.

Another long shot is to go into Control Panel, Styles and Colors, and open Tab Styles, confirm nothing is in there and Save. With all the code pushes lately, it's possible something got buggy.

EDIT: It's definately the IMG line, I just tested it with an image as a tab. Maybe try changing it to border: none;
