Mail Notification v6
by Mottie
Description
This mod opens a popup to notify you if you have a new mail message. It was written for users who wish to hide their top menu bar (state bar/log in bar). Or if you just want a bigger message telling you that you have mail. I've set it up to open either a growl window (timed popup) or a facebox (popup you have to close).
For more information on the custom variables, please see
this post
.
To style the growl window (pictured above), use the "Growl Window Styling" Mod or refer to
this post
.
To style the Facebox popup window, please refer to
this post

Signup Status Color v5
by Mottie
Description
This mod will add CSS classes to the character status, so you can set the color yourself with the CSS and the script will do the rest. Within the script, you can set it to just color the Status column or the entire row. This is what it will look like:
*Note: this is an old screenshot, but the code still works

Hi Vortexx1!
Basically the required elements are markers for GuildPortal to show it where to add certain things.
$block[bannerimage] is where GuildPortal adds the HTML for the banner image, which includes the image tag and URL to the image you entered in the Control Panel > Custom Images > Banner Image > Banner URL. You can simply ignore this required element if you add it yourself in the Banner HTML.
$block[boilerplate] adds the content from Control Panel > Site Style > Page Footer into the footer HTML. So if you have nothing there, then you won't see any difference.
$block[username] is the best example of how the marker works. Anywhere you have this marker, GuildPortal replaces it with the user name of the person who is logged in, otherwise it shows "guest". Try adding something like "Welcome $block[username] to our site" in your Welcome Content Box!

Hi Vortexx1!
I'm not sure which theme you are referring to as my test-site 2 has a theme selector that allows you to pick which theme displays. The default theme is "WoW-Bold" which may be the one, but I can't be sure.
Check out
this post
that explains how to add a theme selector and the links to each CSS file that goes with each theme. I put all of these themes together although the majority of them I did copy from other sites. Hopefully I haven't violated any copyright, but I am not charging people to use those themes. So please feel free to use any or all of them as you wish. Actually I need to update that post with two new themes that I recently added (WoW-Slim and WoW-Exodar).
