Mail Notification v6
by Mottie
Description
This mod opens a popup to notify you if you have a new mail message. It was written for users who wish to hide their top menu bar (state bar/log in bar). Or if you just want a bigger message telling you that you have mail. I've set it up to open either a growl window (timed popup) or a facebox (popup you have to close).
For more information on the custom variables, please see
this post
.
To style the growl window (pictured above), use the "Growl Window Styling" Mod or refer to
this post
.
To style the Facebox popup window, please refer to

Signup Status Color v5
by Mottie
Description
This mod will add CSS classes to the character status, so you can set the color yourself with the CSS and the script will do the rest. Within the script, you can set it to just color the Status column or the entire row. This is what it will look like:
*Note: this is an old screenshot, but the code still works

Greetings all!
Is there a way to display a list of members? I am simply looking for a list of each member and their title. Something like the Roster page but not characters for a game but rather just a list of guild members?
Thanks for any and all help!

Go to your member admin at the top of your page, or control panel > members. that will list all your members for you.

Thanks Eph. But what I am looking for is a page or control that I can put on the website so that the other guild officers can see who is signed up as members for example.
I am the only one with Member Admin access and I am not planning on sharing those permissions with anyone at this time. So I was looking for a way to give the other guild officers a read only view of the member list.
I appreciate the thought though.

There's a couple things that MIGHT work. I haven't tried it as I don't have the time to constantly be updating it.
You could copy and paste the information you have readily available in the member admin into Excel. From that point save and upload into google documents, similar to what I have done
HERE
. Then you could just edit it as someone gets added as a member, which isn't that hard.
Or, you could take the route of taking a screen shot of the member admin page, and then uploading the image in a forum that only Officer's have access too. If it's only 1 person that you want viewing, you could make it a password protected forum. Then you could just pick a day of the week that you want to update it.
Personally, I wouldn't do either as it either; 1 - Takes up too much room as you'd have to create a new page for the google document. 2 - have to go through a tedious task everytime you wanted to update it with the image.

Bah! Totaly read that wrong, posting just after waking up with a headache, FTL.
Anyway, besides the suggestions from ciannon, there a couple other content types that list site members you could look at, although none show title.
The Participation type, shows the member, then all their characters, then the raid points they have.
The Activity type, lists the user, and the amount of activity they have on the site.
You might have already looked at these, and they aren't exactly what you are looking for, but I thought i'd just point em out anyway.
Good luck finding what you really want.

My thanks to both of you for the help!
I had not looked at the activity type Eph and I might have used that if I had not already fixed it up myself.
I went with one of Ciannon's approaches. I know enough HTML that I was able to through together an HTML table and drop it into a Free Form Text/HTML box. I did a little coloring with styles and viola, exactly what I was looking for. As Ciannon points out, I do have to update it anytime there is a change but I am willing to do that. The information does not change that often as I only display name, rank, games they are in and the date they joined.
Thanks again for your insights!
