Mail Notification v6
by Mottie
Description
This mod opens a popup to notify you if you have a new mail message. It was written for users who wish to hide their top menu bar (state bar/log in bar). Or if you just want a bigger message telling you that you have mail. I've set it up to open either a growl window (timed popup) or a facebox (popup you have to close).
For more information on the custom variables, please see
this post
.
To style the growl window (pictured above), use the "Growl Window Styling" Mod or refer to
this post
.
To style the Facebox popup window, please refer to
this post

Signup Status Color v5
by Mottie
Description
This mod will add CSS classes to the character status, so you can set the color yourself with the CSS and the script will do the rest. Within the script, you can set it to just color the Status column or the entire row. This is what it will look like:
*Note: this is an old screenshot, but the code still works

Fingers of Fury!
I am having an issue on my site -
http://totalcarange.guildportal.com
- I am getting an !Done message on the bottom of our site on bottom left of IE (There is an error some place) - and my Edit Buttons (for the Admins) don't work either. When I click them I get message in bottom left of IE !Error on Page. Can someone glace at my code (now I use a hybrid so to speak mode - some stuff GP provides and some custom stuff (Thanks to Mottie) that I've just tweeked some to match out site style).
One other thing, a few people in guild have stated that the folks still using IE7 (or IE6) can't see / sign up for Raids on calendar also this seemed to start around the same time ... If I go to my test site, they can see everything fine -
http://totalcarnage.guildportal.com/Guild.aspx?GuildID=223157&TabID=1880885&PageName=Home
- Now this site (from what I can tell because it's free) no longer uses the ToolTips. I did remove these from our main site, and it didn't seem to change anything (based on what I read from Mottie about the Edit buttons)
Any help would be greatly appreciated ...

Hi Draylor!
I don't know if this is the problem you're having but try getting rid of your zampower script in the footer... it's caused me problems in the past and could possibly be doing the same to you - especially with IE.
So remove this from your page footer HTML:
<
script
src
="
http://common.zam.com/shared/zampower.js
"
type
="
text/javascript
"
>
</script>
and see if that gets rid of your problem.

Mottie,
As normal you are the BEST!! This has removed the error on the page I was receiving and also now people with IE7 (Or older) can see / view the webpage. I guess I'll head over to ZAM's and make a post on their forums ... I am the one that got them to work on recreating the Script when they changed to ZAMS from Allakazham's for EQ2. Maybe they will correct this issue, as I really like the tooltip pop-ups for the items.
Mottie, I wish I could look @ stuff from the website like you can and see what might be the issue
You're the Best!

:) Figured out why my page was 'sluggish' etc ... it was because some how my "Zoom" on IE was set to 110% - I lowered to normal (100%) and now everything works better
........ go figure ..... how silly.
