Hi Darknraged

It looks like you haven't enabled your Custom StyleSheet. Guild Portal sets you up with a default CSS according to the colors you select when you customize your site. This CSS disappears when you enable your Custom StyleSheet. This is a frustrating "feature" of GP, so I took the liberty of copying your current one and posting it below with the recruitment box information.

Get to your Custom StyleSheet as follows: Control Panel (top of screen) > Style & Colors (left side) > Custom StyleSheet (under Advanced Settings)

Now check the "Enabled" box at the bottom left, then copy and paste the text below into that text field.

Custom StyleSheet (CSS from Darknraged's site in green)
html, body, div, p, table, td, form, img, h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6, input, select {font-family: Verdana,Tahoma,Segoe,sans-serif;font-size: 9pt;}
body {background-color: #000000;}
form {padding: 3px;border: none;}
img { border: none; }
hr { color: #009900; }
.TabBar {margin: 0px;padding: 0px;}
.SelectedTab {background-color: #000000;color: #00cc00;border: solid 1px #009900;border-color: #009900;text-align: center;padding: 2px;}
.UnSelectedTab {background-color: #000000;color: #00cc00;border: solid 1px #009900;text-align: center;cursor: pointer;padding: 2px;}
.UnSelectedTabMo {background-color: #000000;color: #00cc00;border: solid 1px #009900;border-color: #009900;cursor: pointer;text-align: center;padding: 2px;}
.MoGridRow { text-align: left; }
.AltGridRow {background-color: #000000;color: #00cc00;}
.NormGridRow {background-color: #000000;color: #00cc00;}

#dhtmltooltip {position: absolute;width: 150px;border: solid 1px white;padding: 3px;background-color: black;color: white;visibility: hidden;z-index: 100;}

.druid {color: #ff7d0a; background: url(http://www.guildportal.com/GuildImages/WOWRosterImages/druid.gif) no-repeat; height:18px; padding-left:20px; }

.priest {color: #ffffff; background: url(http://www.guildportal.com/GuildImages/WOWRosterImages/priest.gif) no-repeat; height:18px; padding-left:20px; }
.rogue {color: #fff569; background: url(http://www.guildportal.com/GuildImages/WOWRosterImages/rogue.gif) no-repeat; height:18px; padding-left:20px; }

.warlock {color: #9482ca; background: url(http://www.guildportal.com/GuildImages/WOWRosterImages/warlock.gif) no-repeat; height:18px; padding-left:20px; }
.warrior {color: #c79c6e; background: url(http://www.guildportal.com/GuildImages/WOWRosterImages/warrior.gif) no-repeat; height:18px; padding-left:20px; }
.open {background: url(http://i201.photobucket.com/albums/aa236/Mottie1/testsite/icons/check.gif) no-repeat; height:18px; padding-left:20px;}
.closed {background: url(http://i201.photobucket.com/albums/aa236/Mottie1/testsite/icons/closed.gif) no-repeat; height:18px; padding-left:20px;}
Now click the "Save" button and go to the box on your home page you want to edit. Click on the "Edit" button inside the box (hopefully you do have the "Free Form Text/HTML" type box, if not go back to the Control Panel > Site Pages > Home and delete that box and make a new one of the "Free Form Text/HTML" type). Now while in HTML mode (), paste the HTML below into that box, change the class name "check" and "nocheck" in the same row as the class name to show the available class.

Free Form Text/HTML

<table border="0">
<tbody><tr><td class="druid">Druids</td><td class="closed">

</tbody></table>
</center>

Edit: Made Darknraged's CSS from his site green. Replace this with your own site's CSS - for instructions, read this post.

Here's the real Death Knight icon to match the other ones posted that are 18x18, and so far their class color is a shade of red, taken from WoW WotLK Alpha
No alternate text supplied.

Thanks Azbulldog,

I haven't had a chance to update the Death Knight image yet, but I was going to wait until I know the actual class color code of the text before changing that

I was helping someone make a DDO recruitment box and here is the result.

Dungeons & Dragons Online

Content Box (free form text/html)

</style>

<tbody><tr><td class="barbarian">Barbarian</td><td class="closed">

</td></tr><tr><td class="sorcerer">Sorcerer</td><td class="open">
</td></tr><tr><td class="wizard">Wizard</td><td class="open">
</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
</center>
Customizing the code above

To change the class availability from open to closed, just edit the content box text that is blue.

If you want to change the color of the class name in the table, just edit the CSS and change the color from #ffffff for that class to your desired color (in orange).

If you want to use your own images, copy the CSS from the first post for "small square icons version"** and change the URL, height and padding-left to match your  URL, height and width of your image.
** The reason I told you to not use the code above is because it uses a single image to display all the classes, it points to the part of the image it wants to display by using "top", "left" and "-XX px" in the CSS... so it would be easier for you to use the small square icons version CSS than to edit out all the extra elements in the code above.

When you edit the content of the box, you should have the editor in HTML mode before pasting the code. You can use the HTML mode button () at the bottom of the editor or you can right click in the box and select "Paste as HTML". Then save.

I am having a little difficulty in getting the check box to work as well as specific "Builds"? Your insight would be appreciated.

When I enter this, I get everything but the "up" and "down" arrows. Here is our page:

Hmmm, I think because your side content box is narrower than the original, it scrunched the arrows out of view.

Add this to your recruitment box. The only thing I added is in blue:
<center>
<table border="0"><tbody>
<tr><td class="deathknight">Death Knight</td><td class="down" width=20px>
</td></tr>
<tr><td class="druid">Druids</td><td class="up">
</td></tr><tr><td class="hunter">Hunters</td><td class="up">
</td></tr><tr><td class="mage">Mages</td><td class="up">
</td></tr><tr><td class="paladin">Paladins</td><td class="up">
</td></tr><tr><td class="priest">Priests</td><td class="up">
</td></tr><tr><td class="rogue">Rogues</td><td class="up">
</td></tr><tr><td class="shaman">Shamans</td><td class="up">
</td></tr><tr><td class="warlock">Warlocks</td><td class="up">
</td></tr><tr><td class="warrior">Warriors</td><td class="up">
</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
</center>
