love these.. then saw this page with pop-out pics!  any way we can do this in GP?

look at the WOW Boss Progress areas on the left.  When you hover over a specific boss it brings up a pic of that boss.  I thought that was cool.

Something about the new code won't let me click the icons to switch expansion progression, I'm not sure exactly what it is though.

This also came across my mind, is there any decent ways to show whether or not the instance/boss has been done on heroic?
I thought of this, but maybe you had any other plans...

var raidingKeyWord = "No|closed";
var bossKilledKeyWord = "Killed|Heroic";

Hi Shikarzar!

I looked at that site and the progression box is very cool, but the boss image and popups don't actually say if the boss is on farm or the progress. The pictures are just images of the boss and not the "kill" shot.

It looks like it may be a lot of work for me to re-write this since it uses a tooltip inside a tooltip and I'm limited on my time to work on my projects now =(

Hi Azbulldog!

Could you post a link to your site again.. I can't seem to find it. I'll look at why the switch expansion icons aren't working.

I had two ideas for ways to display raids as done in either regular or heroic. The progression box above displays each raid twice with a horizontal line separating it. the Guild Bar shows the other way that puts the heroic status into a second column.

I wasn't planning on adding any of the 5 man instances to the progression box.

And yes I had only meant for raid instances.

DUH ok... I found the problem. It was a mistake I made... the previous version's function was "pickBox" and this newest version I renamed it to "pickExp". So all you need to change is that (in red) from these three lines in the script.
<imgsrc="http://i201.photobucket.com/albums/aa236/Mottie1/testsite/icons/wow-1.png"title="World of Warcraft" onclick="pickExp(wowOrig);">
<imgsrc="http://i201.photobucket.com/albums/aa236/Mottie1/testsite/icons/wow-2.png"title="The Burning Crusade" onclick="pickExp(wowTBC);">
<imgsrc="http://i201.photobucket.com/albums/aa236/Mottie1/testsite/icons/wow-3.png"title="Wrath of the Lich King" onclick="pickExp(wowWotLK);">
Sorry about that!

Thank you once again.
I am just pointing out that http://www.wowjutsu.com/ has updated their site with new WotLK raid icons, but they are small, I am not sure if they have any larger versions yet.

Becoming Adept!

im totally new to any of this, but i cant get the progression to let me update, unless i start from scratch.  also i looked at your guild site, ic.guildportal.com, and i really like your recruitment section as well, do you have a code for that too?

I think that the editor sometimes loses your scripting, so it might be best to save a copy of what you put in there to your computer to make updating easier.

The recruitment box post is here.

There is also a "Guild Bar" that has both, here.
