Alright, so after some testing and messing around i've got some more information about my bars not showing up.

They will not display in IE at all. I've viewed it on multiple comps and guildies told me. However, they do remember seeing it in the past so im thinking something recent is conflicting?

It will display on Firefox IF i use the guildportal file manager, if i post it via RipWay it disappears and will not show up. Not sure why that is happening.

When you load my page in IE i get an error in the bottom left corner saying line 171 is messed up. I post the source into Dreamweaver and line 171 is some JS for Alt/Norm/Mo grid lines. I don't have a clue why those would mess anything up or what that JS even is.

Clues/Help? I'd appreaciate it.

OK Avandius,

I figured out the problem you're having with IE... in your "js" file you defined your progress like this (using Karazhan as an example):
// KARAZHAN
progress.push ([
 ["http://i201.photobucket.com/albums/aa236/Mottie1/testsite/icons/Kar.gif"],
 ["Dungeon TBA", "No"],
 ["Boss TBA", "No"],
 ["Boss TBA", "No"]
,
]);
There is an extra comma (in bold red) breaking the script. It's in the last line of the script. So if you make it look like the example below, it will work again
// KARAZHAN
progress.push ([
 ["http://i201.photobucket.com/albums/aa236/Mottie1/testsite/icons/Kar.gif"],
 ["Dungeon TBA", "No"],
 ["Boss TBA", "No"],
 ["Boss TBA", "No"]
]);

Alright then, kick a$$! I am self teaching myself the html part of it, the script however boggles me.. i guess i should take a look at what exactly your doing and read tutorials. I hope you have good internet where ever you move!

Got it to work, now im trying to find out how to make it closer to my content title bar like it is in FF.

Thanks again!!

All the errors disappeared on IE too!

Any hope of getting the new Wrath of the Lich King 10/25 Man Raid Bosses included on this progression bar? I was thinking one of the versions could be the "old" progression bars just become the second row on the progression side, and the new instances are the first line.

That way all the work that was done in Burning Crusade isn't forgotten.

Yeah I was going to get this updated with the new instances as soon as I got a solid list, and hopefully new instance icons from the game calendar.

The trouble I'm having is trying to figure out if I should have one or two icons for the instance. If I used one icon, should I have the 10 man content grouped separate from the 25 man content in the popup, or have them group by boss? And if I used two icons, one would be for 10 man content and the other for 25 man.

I'm leaning towards two icons, here's what I'm thinking:
10 man
(blue)
25 man
(red)

What do you guys think?

I was thinking about that too, if they shared an icon it would be a really long drop down. Two icons is the best bet- also that makes it customizable for guilds who only plan to run one vs. the other.

Would it be possible to have the drop down be in 2 columns? 1 icon drops down to show you the 10 and 25 man content on the left and right respectively. Color coded accordingly.

Also, another feature. How can i color code the class names, line names, progression/recruitment title? I see that you can change the colors for the progression bar tooltip but not for the recruitment one.

Thanks!

OK,

I got the tooltip to show two columns, one for 10 man and the other for 25 man raids... doesn't look bad. I'll post it soon, but it won't have the proper raid icons.

To add color to the class names, I updated the GuildBar v1.1 with the color inside the class name definition... like this:
"<font color=#c41f3b>Death Knight</font>"
you can do the same for the recruitment title and progression title, but the CSS for "#recruitBar" and "#raidingBar" should take care of this as well:
var recruitTitle = "<font color=#ffffff>Recruitment</font>";

var raidingTitle = "<font color=#ffffff>Progression</font>";
I'll have to add code if you want to add color styling for each even/odd row, if that is what you meant by "line names".
