Where do you make the changes in the CSS to bring all your context boxes inward to fit witin your background image?

It's best to make these changes from the control panel
Control Panel > Style & Colors > Page Styles > Page Body tab

Content Area Width: 900px
Content Area Alignment: Center
The default Content Area Width (I believe) is 98%, but you can be more precise and adjust it to fit your background... just make sure you center it

You could adjust this size in the CSS, but you'd have to use an "!important" to over-ride the style that's set in the HTML. This is a less preferred way to do it.
.PageWrapper {width:900px !important;}

Take a look at my site in IE:

Now if you take it and resize it so that the middle area is "just fitting" in the window you'll notice that the BG slides over and doesnt match up to the center content any more.. how do i fix this. Lock it so that it is considered a BG image and not effected by resizing/what not.

Also when you resize it notice that it "jitters" any clues here?

Here is the CSS im using for it.. im not sure if anything else under my CSS is effecting it adversely. I've tried the .pagewrapper and other width alterations to no avail.

body {background: url( center center;background-repeat: repeat-y; background-color: #000000;}
