Hi DnangelArathor!

Hmm, so are you happy with the GuildBar in the Header then? If not, remove that line in red again and I'll take a look to see if I can find out why it didn't work. Otherwise, it only looks like you're missing the tooltip script.

Well if you want the guild bar in the footer, then remove that line in red (I see that's how your site is now); if you are happy with it in the header, then leave that line in place.

I see the tooltip script is working, all you need to do is just add it and add the css (which it doesn't appear to be done yet) to style the tooltips which appears when you hover over the guild bar icons.

For progress styling, the css was added to the Free Form Text/HTML widget, if you want full control then copy the progression.css file, make your changes, upload your file then point the link to it.

To change the guild bar recruitment colors, look in the recruitment bar class needs code (the javascript) for lines similar to this, then change the color code in blue as desired:
"<font color=#c41f3b>Death Knight</font>",

3. tryied to change the colouring in the progress-wow.js file for classes but it still are the same. e.g priest is to white.  Rogue is to yellow.  hard to read.

Hi, Mottie

I am trying to update the guild progression box and seem to have trouble updating it to the firelands content with baradin hold and the fireland raid itself. I believe I'm stuck at step 3... not sure how to get a non-rich text editor.. any help will be sooo appreciated

Hiya!

@DnangelArathor!

Oops, I guess I missed your questions:
  1. To color the progression text, you need to change the css - look under Customizing the script under Progression box, I've tried to break down what each css selector controls. I looked at your page and the ".dim { opacity: 1; filter: alpha(opacity=100); }" needs to be between the <style></style> tags in order to work.

    Another problem might be that the tooltip css is missing. Add this to your custom css (Control Panel > Custom HTML & Script > Custom CSS > CSS Additions to Standard)
    .tooltip, .preview, .screenshot { cursor:pointer; }
    #tooltip, #tooltip2, #preview, #screenshot { color:#dddddd; background:#222222; border: 1px solid #333333; padding:5px; display:none; opacity: 0.9; filter: alpha(opacity=90); text-align:left; border-radius: 1em; -moz-border-radius: 1em; -webkit-border-radius: 1em; }
  2. When you first upload a file into the file manager it gets saved to the site, but the browser itself doesn't know it needs to look for a new file (the file is cached). So you need to reload the page, maybe twice, while holding down the shift key and clicking on the browser reload button - this tells the browser to refresh its cache. If that doesn't work, then click on the file in the file manager so it opens in a new tab, then reload it directly from there... if you still aren't seeing the updates, then re-upload the file.
  3. This might also be an issue with the tooltip coloring. Try it and tell me if you are still having problems.
@lane217!

Step 3 is basically done in an editor on your computer. If you are using Windows, use Notepad, NOT Wordpad. If the editor allows you to change the text color/size then it is not the kind of editor you want to use. I can't remember what the basic editor is called on a mac.

Hi DnangelArathor!

No need to make me do it ... it looks like everything on your site is working except the tooltip script. Add this to your footer area (Control Panel > Custom HTML & Script > Footer Area)
<script src="http://www.axiomfiles.com/Files/258012/tooltip.js" type="text/javascript"></script>
