I need help to center and even out my navigation buttons of Home, Raiding Application, and Guild Videos.

I have looked through several forum posts and have tried changing things in the footer section of html and finding certain codes to fix this spacing but I guess I am not doing it right.

Can you please tell me how to get my words to be centered, an for the boxes that they are in to be even so If 3 boxes are showing then each is 1/3 the length of the page and if you get into the site and 6 boxes are showing then each box auto generates to only fill 1/6th of the screen.


I also do not want any spacers between my sections.  There are these gray spacers that are lighter then my page and it is not very appealing.  I cannot find it in my options either.
