Hi, Can you give me a few more details,  Do you mean the people with member admin rights not getting e-mails when application are being submitted or is something else going on?  Is it all admins with this access not getting e-mails or just some them (if it is just some, what users are not getting the e-mails?)?   Also is anyone else having this issue? 

Lol how about commenting on my continous issues with the File manager not working for all file types and the massive amounts of files that no longer appear in the new file manager, are several threads on this now ?!

I've reported this problem repeatedly.  I started reporting it over a month ago and have not gotten any response so far.

Hi Sandy,
I use to get a email and a txt for every app that was submit for our site now I dont get either, the only thing that happens is the app gets posted to our forums...if it was not for that I would not even know we had membership requests

still having this problem on our site.

System Admin gets a ticket with login name.. toons listen.. blah blah
anyone else with add/decline abilities is lucky if they are getting login name and are no longer getting it as
a mail in the mail box. Its just kind of there. Have sent in a few tickets.
Thank you for getting other issues resolved.
Though the widget we were unable to remove was not responded to. We just deleted the page finally and started over.
I hope you can fix this issue as our game is expanding right now and we are having HUGE recruitment. Having this ability
work properly keeps us in the game as it were.

Chiming in with NKT here.

Our site recently stopped being a paid site which in turn, we believe, lead to those of us with Super/Site Admin rights (of which there were 5) to longer have those rights.

The remaining two Super/Site Admins subsequently quit, leaving admin rights with NO ONE. Since then, NKT has paid for a 6 month sub and submitted mulitple tickets to get Super/Site Admin re-instated.

This delay in ANY sort of response, especially with the exchange of funds that has transpired, is really just poor customer service.

GP,  please do something!!

Apparently the scorned ex-site admin was able to re-join and kick everyone.

I was actually coming to check on the status of one of my tickets and look what's right at the top here.

Apparently there is no way to check the status of my ticket.


If it wasn't for the far superior look of the forums here, I and my guild and our paid site would have been on Enjin months ago.  But seriously, if that's the buffer between a paying customer and one who's gone, I wouldn't sleep too well.

I'm past upset, mad and frustrated now, and just disappointed.
