A user asked me for some simple instructions on adding events.  Rather than “reinvent the wheel”, I thought I'd come here to try and find out if anyone has already done something like this.

This leads me to a couple of questions.  First, I thought I'd check the GP Knowledge Base to see if GP has step-by-step instructions/help for creating events.  Where did the Knowledge Base go?  I can't seem to locate it.

Next, and assuming that the Knowledge Base might not have what I'm looking for, how many of you have step-by-step instructions for various GP functions on your site?  Would you be willing to share the links to them here, please?

I remember after the latest change to the Roster, one user posted an outstanding set of instructions for entering/updating your Roster information.  I would love to have this thread become a resource of links to instructions of that nature.  Again, my immediate need is for something regarding event scheduling.

Thanks, gang!

Fingers of Fury!

OMG yes, I agree 100 percent.  When I first started with GuildPortal I had several questions and still do.  I asked a few and was told to read the CCP Help Pages.  I don't know about anyone else, but when I click on that and look for answers 90 percent of the information does not show up.  I can see the different topics and then when I click on the topic I am interested in there is nothing.

I would love to have some links or formal step-by-step instructions so that I don't feel like such a newbie.

Thank you so much for suggestings this.  I think itsa great idea and I fully support it.
