I FRAPS'ed a video of a recent boss fight and would like to add it to my homepage.  I saw a way to add several video's on Mottie's site but I only need to add one video at the moment.

I've already added a free form html section named "Video" to my homepage.  If I could please get some advice on how to actually add the content now, that would be great.

Thank you in advance

If you made a video, did you upload it to a site like youtube?... It provides you an embed code that you paste into the free form text/html box in HTML mode () or after right clicking in the editor and selecting "Paste As Html"

If you aren't using Youtube, you'll have to host the video on a site and use the <embed> HTML code which happens to be different for different video types. I found this site which will generate the embed code for you.

Embedded Media HTML Generator

But remember, not every computer will play all video formats, it may ask users to install a media player type... so in my opinion. it might be best to just use a site like youtube.
