Mail Notification v6
by Mottie
Description
This mod opens a popup to notify you if you have a new mail message. It was written for users who wish to hide their top menu bar (state bar/log in bar). Or if you just want a bigger message telling you that you have mail. I've set it up to open either a growl window (timed popup) or a facebox (popup you have to close).
For more information on the custom variables, please see
this post
.
To style the growl window (pictured above), use the "Growl Window Styling" Mod or refer to
this post
.
To style the Facebox popup window, please refer to

by Mottie
Description
This mod will add CSS classes to the character status, so you can set the color yourself with the CSS and the script will do the rest. Within the script, you can set it to just color the Status column or the entire row. This is what it will look like:

Love the feature! But would really like my officers to have access to tracking, without being a site admin. Possible?

Okay, I'm seeing something odd, and was wondering if anybody else has encountered it.
I've been pounding away the last couple of days, entering in all of the old info from my personnel files forum into this beautiful new system.
All was going well until I came to my own name. I expected to find nothing, as nobody has taken any action on me since this went live. What I found was ALL the entries I had manually made for other members in my file.
When I looked at the list, my name wasn't even up there yet.
So then, I hit the button on another officer's tracking who I knew had recently approved a member, and he also had the entry that should have went to the newly approved members file in his own file. I looked at the tracking list, and again, his name wasn't even up there. So it's not just manual entries, it's all automatically traced changes made by an admin.
The newly approved member's file also had the automatic entry that it should have had.
I know that sounds confusing, so what it boils down too is this: My tracking file now reads like I've been recruited every day of the year by everybody in the guild. I've been promoted to every possible rank, filled every possible position, and I've apparently been awarded quite a few medals as well. Hooray for me.
It seems like it's not only tracking the manual entry for the individual profile you're updating, but adding it to the admin's file as well. It seems like, since this is based on the audit system, where that would be a good thing, it's doing more than was intended.

Fingers of Fury!
I have noticed this as well. When I promoted my officers to Super Admins so that they could add comments to the Tracking it showed up in their tracking list as being promoted. Everytime I make a change on any of my members from changing title or raid points or even viewed application if I hit the save button it adds an entry. So yes, I have noticed this as well.
