Mail Notification v6
by Mottie
Description
This mod opens a popup to notify you if you have a new mail message. It was written for users who wish to hide their top menu bar (state bar/log in bar). Or if you just want a bigger message telling you that you have mail. I've set it up to open either a growl window (timed popup) or a facebox (popup you have to close).
For more information on the custom variables, please see
this post
.
To style the growl window (pictured above), use the "Growl Window Styling" Mod or refer to
this post
.
To style the Facebox popup window, please refer to
this post

Signup Status Color v5
by Mottie
Description
This mod will add CSS classes to the character status, so you can set the color yourself with the CSS and the script will do the rest. Within the script, you can set it to just color the Status column or the entire row. This is what it will look like:
*Note: this is an old screenshot, but the code still works

Would it be possible to add a Read-Only permission setting to forums?
Currently you can set permission levels for read, and write, but iwould like to create a forum, where only admins could post/write to,but anybody could then read those posts.

You can make it so no one can post now by locking the topic which makes it Read only and the admins can always take the extra min to unlock it post then lock it again but an easier way i guess would be ok all though id never use it I cant see the need for something where its locked to memebrs and only admins need to post or should be able to post.

If this was to be implemented it would also be nice to set up forums that would allow only admins (by admin I mean any forum moderators as well) the right to start a thread but then anyone could reply. Yes I could use that in some pretty cool ways.
I cant see the need for something where its locked to memebrs and only admins need to post or should be able to post.
I also in the past have had forums that anyone could read but only admins could post. They are not the most usefull things in the world but they do have applications. (Such as Aarons Food for the Hungery Forum Section that I recently saw a feature suggestion posted in.)
