I sent a support request (ticket #30962) for the following issue :

My "Rift" guild is "***" so I created ***

It works well but I have 2 issues :
1)Roster integration has a strange behaviour.
I import my "guild.xml" file and I see members in the roster page but the class icons appear only for mages, not for other classes. So the class breakdown only show 4 mages (and no cleric/warrior/rogue). Do you know why ?

2) Signature issue.
Before I was able to choose in preferences
the type of what I was writing (design or html) so I used html and put a web link to my signature, It worked well.
Now, when I go to preferences, under the textbox we can't choose "design", "html" or "preview" anymore so my members can't link their signature. Did something changed ???

Thanks for your help.

I received a "[Guildportal Support] Response to ticket ..." mail, thanks for the quickness, but there was nothing in it (except my questions).
So I don't wan't to open a new ticket for the same issue (that's why I'm posting here), I just want to know what you replied to solve the issue.

Thanks in advance.

Hmm.  I show Aarons reply below-- maybe the reply got sent to a junk e-mail folder?

Turns out the XML saved from Rift outputs regional data instead of set values, so I went ahead and modified the parser to accept the regional values. The fix will go live with the next code update, sometime this week. =)

As for the signatures, yes, I changed it so that HTML view was no longer available. I will be changing that back, though, since a lot of people didn't like the change.
