Aaron, I love the Profile Tracking feature on the Control Panel and use it regularly.  It allows me to enter helpful notes such as when a player is expected to return if they are away from game, real life names, character info, etc.  The problem is that it's inconvenient.  I have to open the Control Panel, navigate through Member management and then find the account in a long list.  Often, when I'm promoting someone or giving them an award, I like to make an entry in their profile, so I have to go back and forth between All Members and Profile Tracking.

So, two requests to make Profile Tracking MUCH handier.  First, please add a Profile Tracking button at the top of the profile window we see when we click on their name in the forums or raid signups.  We currently have 4 buttons at the top: Visit, Send Mail, Chat, Friend.  Put the Profile Tracking button right next to these, only visible to site admins and have the current profile tracking info and entry box appear in the same window when clicked.

Second, add Profile Tracking to the All Members edit window.  We currently have 4 tabs at the top of that window: General, Characters, Application and Access Changes.  Add another Profile Tracking tab right next to Access Changes so that I can add notes to the profile right from that window.

These changes really will be useful to me so please consider them.
