Any chance of getting the option to add our own expenses? We have certain things the guild always pays for like emblems, plus rent on two separate houses and a crafting fund for getting people up and running.

Would also be nice to be able enter a description eg.
Rent (add description for which house)
Emblem/Crafting fund (add char name)
Guild Expense (list of major items purchased)
Guild Income (which character actually has the money on them)
list is endless.....

Would be nice to be able to track transactions individually and separate them according to our known incomings/outgoings. Read: our treasurer wants to know where the money's going

I agree I would like to be able to enter a description of what the funds went for.  That would make things so nice.

I would also like for the last 10 transactions to actually show under the guild funds.  Just like the most recent post activity shows under the forums.  This way the guild can actually see where the funds are going instead of just seeing that the funds are dwindling.

Can we get this feature by chance?

OOH like that about last 10 transactions showing that would be soo cool!  Right now I cut and paste and hack and slash and manage to make a table in a forum thread.

I've got an excel sheet done up on my site, that now accomplishes this goal.  It ain't as pretty as I want it yet.  You pretty much have to have a basic understanding of the accounting equsion (and Microsoft Excel for that matter) in order to admin this kind of thing, but I'd be happy to share it if anyone wants.

Once you're done setting it up how you like it's a simple matter of copying and pasting it into a blank custom HTML content box.  Then of course there's maintaining it...
