I am sure that at least half the members won't figure out how to change the server for their characters' profiles so I would rather just manually change them all at one go. Is there a way for a site admin to do that myself?
As long as the characters aren't associated with any other actual SW:TOR guilds, they should still appear on your roster. I ran a quick query and, from what I'm seeing, that's how it's working.

Veriss, I am going to ask Aaron if there is way for admins to change that.  Right now the answer is no, but maybe he can do something about that.

Ocili, would you want numbers? like 7 Arsenal, 41 BodyGaurd?

Sandy,
Ideally it would be nice to not only have the ability for members to put what level they are, but like I had indicated all of the spec's for each Advanced Class. So by 7 Arsenal, is the 7 level? Or is the 7 how many of said advanced class spec we have?

So seeing something like the following on the roster:

Charactor Name | GP User | Rank | Race | Class | Advanced Class | Specialization? (not sure exact wording) | Level

Maybe even the ability to turn off the display of certain attributes we don't want to see? Some may not want to see Level for instance, and they can turn off the display for that. I see that Mottie has a script that does something like this, maybe it could be modified to show/hide certain columns from display: http://www.guildportal.com/Guild.aspx?GuildID=3780&ForumID=25682&TabID=27537&Replies=6&TopicID=9003132

** Edit: Added Rank option and link information of script

Also on the Advanced Class list there is an option for Companion, which doesn't need to be there. There is no Companion Advanced Class

Thanks for getting back to me Aaron.

Sandy, I was just wanting to verify if something like this was feasible or not?

Not sure if I am over looking something or not, but I would like to see the following:

  • Ability to add/specify Advanced Class specialization. When I am looking at the roster, and need to determine what specializations we are in need of (ie Tank, Healer, DPS), it would be nice if people could input that choice
    • Example: Bounty Hunter -> Mercenary -> Arsenal | Bodyguard | Pyrotech

This would need to be implemented for each advanced class.

Thanks!

I am still looking into this.  I am trying to work out a way will allow the user to only see the skills for their class and am coming up short on ideas.
I could add all the skills (3 times)...

OK! Got the specs added!  As for adding things like Rank or removing fields that's a coding area, and WAY out my league!

Awesome! One thing, could you add "Blank" choices for the first two specs like you have for the third spec? Otherwise it will always default to Advanced Prototype for spec 1-2.

Thanks Sandy for adding those. Our roster has a new issue now.  All the columns sort of smush together and the titles are off center a bit. Is there a way to add a little separation between each column of information and center the titles? Thanks again

I have no clue why/how "Spec 3" is doing that.  (Its not supposed to!)  Since I cannot add a blank I added "--".   That should show up as the 1st option now instead of "Advanced Prototype"

As for the spacing, that is something Aaron is going to have to look into.
