I keep a spreadsheet of data for my guild.  I copy/paste it in because I'm familiar with Excel and it gives me more editing/organization options.  The information however is constantly changing and I need to delete the old spreadsheet prior to pasting the new one.  I know there is an option to do it (I've done it before), but I'm doing it by right clicking and 99 times out of 100 I'm getting a contextual drop down with options for deleting cells and rows, but not the entire table.  That option only comes up when it feels like it it seems.  I'm assuming there is a way to consistently get this option and that I just haven't figured out precisely where to click or what to do yet.  Would really appreciate it if someone had some info in this area.  I searched these forums, but couldn't find anything.
