One of my users is having trouble with how the website is being rendered. He is complaining of the center container being "squished", so that it is very ugly and almost unusable. He says it used to work fine, and very suddenly started looking so horrible.

This is his screeny:

Does this look familiar to anyone? I have accessed our site from many different computers, and have not experienced that same problem.

A couple of things might have happened.

1) An application on his end cause his resolution to change (looks like 800x600) in which case the screen would be squished.  I'm almost positive this is his problem as when I resize my screen to 800x600 I get the exact same look as in the picture you posted.  Have him check his screen resolution.  It got reset somehow!

2)  He's running Windows and has some disability feature enabled that makes the screen bigger in order to read.

3) He was holding the shift key down and hit the mouse wheel in which case he made Firefox zoom in causing the screen to look squished.

I've never had a problem with the site being like that unless the user's resolution was set to small.  If it is the Firefox problem, have him click View/Text Size/Normal.  That should adjust it for him.

Thanks, Bullarky. I'll bring this stuff to his attention and see if that fixes anything!

EDIT: It ended up being his resolution, which he prefers to be at 800x600. Thanks for the help!!
