Ok here is the jist of what is going on.

My site looks great to me on my 23" WS Monitor, but on my wifes comp the buttons go beyond the screen and the general window content containers toward the right of the screen.

She has a standard Flat Panel 19", and runs at 1280x1040 or something like that.

Is there a way I can modify the site so folks with monitors like hers dont have a bad viewing expierence?

You can check out my site here Council of Elements or by touching my Signature below.

I have done all the graphics and content for the site, and am just learning myself how to do this stuff. Any input will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Right now the main problem on your homepage that's causing the horizontal scrolling is the screenshot image. Resize the pictures to be approximately 500px (or smaller) in width. You'll want to make sure all your images in the right section are that size.

For even smaller resolutions, you can make your banner smaller by moving the tabula rasa logo to underneith the "council of elements."

Your header image is 1024 pixels in width. To view that image you need a screen about 20 pixels wider than that to allow for the right hand scrollbar width.  so trimming down your header image will certainly help.

The other issue I see is that your left boxes are all pretty wide, it looks like you could cut those down by about 50 or more pixels. Have you set the width of your boxes in your control panel?
