I think it might be better if you didn't use a floating image to add your tab background. Instead, add the image to the Pagewrapper... so try this:

Get rid of this Footer HTML and Custom CSS:

The value in red is the number of pixels from the top of the page to where your tab background image is located. On IE it looks fine at 370px, but on Firefox the line appears under the current tab... I didn't think you wanted to show the line there so I adjusted it as needed. I guess what I'm saying is, adjust that number to your liking LOL.
