Anyone know how to over-ride the Vlink in forum posts? Sometimes I would like a link to remain the color I set regardless of whether or not it has been visited. I tried setting it in the html of the particular post, but unless I screwed it up (possible), it seems to be over-ridden by the site settings.

I should note I can make this work with a regular link by simply changing the color. But the SPAN command shuts down my wowhead mouseovers.

Any ideas?

you can do it in the custom CSS, there is a class specifically for the post body in the forums. You can change the link properties on just that class and it should do what you are looking for. I posted about it a while ago, but I can't seem to find the thread now.

Actually I found a way to do it without CSS. Turns out it is built into GP:

-a class="q4" about="_blank" href="http://www.wowhead.com/?item=33283"-Item Name-/a-

Where q0=poor, q1=common and so on.

Mind you, you have to have it enabled for mouseover pop-up to make it work as a mouseover, which is to put

-script src="http://www.wowhead.com/widgets/power.js"- -/script-

into your banner area.

(all -'s are html brackets)
