Mail Notification v6
by Mottie
Description
This mod opens a popup to notify you if you have a new mail message. It was written for users who wish to hide their top menu bar (state bar/log in bar). Or if you just want a bigger message telling you that you have mail. I've set it up to open either a growl window (timed popup) or a facebox (popup you have to close).
For more information on the custom variables, please see
this post
.
To style the growl window (pictured above), use the "Growl Window Styling" Mod or refer to
this post
.
To style the Facebox popup window, please refer to
this post

Signup Status Color v5
by Mottie
Description
This mod will add CSS classes to the character status, so you can set the color yourself with the CSS and the script will do the rest. Within the script, you can set it to just color the Status column or the entire row. This is what it will look like:
*Note: this is an old screenshot, but the code still works

Becoming Adept!
Hello everyone. I'm building up my guilds website, found a couple layouts I liked and started tinkering with the css sheet, but I've run into a problem.
The problem is with my site, located
here
. In IE everything looks perfect, just like I want it. But, when viewed with FireFox, the ad is smack dab on top of my "Welcome" section. In IE it's right above, where it's supposed to be.
Any suggestions on how to fix this, or if it's even possible? Any help at all is appreciated!
Thanks in advanced,
HBC.

Hey Hellborn,
Just remove the "height:171px;" from your "BannerArea" CSS.

Ah! Thanks Mattie, didn't even think about that! Doh
Another question, if you'd be so kind, is when I view my site in FireFox the content of the page is neatly centered in the browser with some space left on the left and right side. When viewed in IE, however, the content is stretched to fit the window. Any way to keep it centered in both IE and FireFox that I'm not aware of?
Sorry, I'm a newb at CSS!
Thanks in advanced.

Hi again!
You'll need to make a few changes
In your CSS, remove the "width:1070px;" from the "body"
In the CSS, remove the "width:700px;" from the "ForumCategoryHeader"
Then use the built in editor:
Control Panel > Style & Colors > Page Styles > Page Body Tab
Content Area Width: 900px
Content Area Alignment: Center
That should make it work for both... you can adjust the 900px width to better fit the site.
