Your members have to actually sign up for the website, go into their character settings, and input the tradeskills for their characters themselves.

I'm not really that happy with GuildPortal's WoW tradeskill module, though it has less to do with the fact that people have to input their own stuff and more with the fact that it's messily organized. They still have specializations attached to each tradeskill, even though since the expansion the specializations are pointless except to the person who has the tradeskill (because all specialized items are bind on pickup). Even if you wanted to keep that, they haven't put in the specializations for Alchemy and Tailoring. And Mining, Herbalism, and Skinning are doing something funky -- each of them are listed twice, but it doesn't even group all people under the same one (on my site, I have 1 person listed under the top Herbalism and 2 people listed under the bottom Herbalism).

It's frustrating to the point that we just started having members put their tradeskills in their guild notes, so that they show up on our guild roster.

My guild uses RPG Outfitter for tradeskill/professions tracking.

As for how to embed it - add content to that page and selected Embedded Page as the content type.

Then edit the Embedded Page, put in the url of the page you want inserted, tell it how long (in pixels) you want it to be and Save.
If you end up with a vertical scroll bar, go back and increase the pixel length.
