Mail Notification v6
by Mottie
Description
This mod opens a popup to notify you if you have a new mail message. It was written for users who wish to hide their top menu bar (state bar/log in bar). Or if you just want a bigger message telling you that you have mail. I've set it up to open either a growl window (timed popup) or a facebox (popup you have to close).
For more information on the custom variables, please see
this post
.
To style the growl window (pictured above), use the "Growl Window Styling" Mod or refer to
this post
.
To style the Facebox popup window, please refer to
this post

Signup Status Color v5
by Mottie
Description
This mod will add CSS classes to the character status, so you can set the color yourself with the CSS and the script will do the rest. Within the script, you can set it to just color the Status column or the entire row. This is what it will look like:
*Note: this is an old screenshot, but the code still works

Is the "Widget Access Level" code working? I'm trying it, not sure if I'm doing it totally wrong or what..

Hm - if you only want to hide one box, do you have to list all others to show?
ex. "Video(1)", "Movies(1)", "Calendar(1)", "Dragons(4)"
vs.
ex. "Dragons(4)"
I swear I've messed with it upside-down and backwards.

Hi Pinstripesc!
Yeah, Hmm.. I'm not sure why I did that backwards like that - hide all of the widgets, then just show the ones with access levels. I'll work on turning this into a mod and maybe try to make it easier to use, if I can
Update: Yeah, I see now LOL. All of the widgets are hidden because the script is near the bottom of the page so you actually get to see the widget before it gets hidden. So, if you have a user that disables javascript, they're not going to see anything - otherwise they will be able to see the widget they shouldn't be able to see.

Hrm. The little line that goes in the CSS Additions works fine (makes everything disappear), but as soon as I state any widget to hide ("Dragons(4)") at any level (1-4) it just disappears for everyone.

Well yeah, it should... level 4 means super admin only
Access Levels are as follows:
public =
1
associate =
1.5
member =
2
council =
2.5
officer =
3
super admin =
4

Sorry, I meant I've tried all access levels and it always disappears. Setting it to 4 hides it from everyone, including me as a Superadmin. I keep logging out to check, even when set to 1 I can't see it as a visitor.
