I'm guessing someone else added the image using CSS, because the background image added from the page styles page in the control panel doesn't have that option.

Look in your CSS for something like:

body {
 background-image: url (http://.....myimage.jpg);
 background-attachment: fixed;
}

or

body {
 background: url(http://.....myimage.jpg) fixed;
}

delete just the "fixed" or change it to "scroll"

Well, that's all you can do. Tiling the background image vertically and horizontally.

You can't make the browser scroll right and left while scrolling up and down with the text. Or maybe I just don't understand exactly what you want.

Ok, your wording is still confusing to me, you can't have a background image scroll and be fixed at the same time. I think you're saying you want your background image to stay put while the text scrolls over it? I'm also guessing you're saying that the image isn't tall enough to fit on your screen. By the way, your background takes up my whole browser window - I run my monitor at 1280x1024 with my browser window slightly smaller - and therefore I don't see the grey area that you see.

So I guess you can resize your original image to make it taller and/or change your background color to match the bottom of the image. Fix the image in place to prevent it from scrolling. To keep the image from repeating, just add "no-repeat" to the CSS:

body {
 background: #101008 url(http://i213.photobucket.com/albums/cc183/darkcloud784/WoWScrnShot_070608_223003-2.jpg) fixed no-repeat;
}

I would also recommend making your background image a little darker so your text is readable if you don't plan on using any content box borders.
