Mail Notification v6
by Mottie
Description
This mod opens a popup to notify you if you have a new mail message. It was written for users who wish to hide their top menu bar (state bar/log in bar). Or if you just want a bigger message telling you that you have mail. I've set it up to open either a growl window (timed popup) or a facebox (popup you have to close).
For more information on the custom variables, please see
this post
.
To style the growl window (pictured above), use the "Growl Window Styling" Mod or refer to
this post
.
To style the Facebox popup window, please refer to

Signup Status Color v5
by Mottie
Description
This mod will add CSS classes to the character status, so you can set the color yourself with the CSS and the script will do the rest. Within the script, you can set it to just color the Status column or the entire row. This is what it will look like:
*Note: this is an old screenshot, but the code still works

Can someone please help me figure out how to make the images scroll nonstop on the page? I came across this set up on the following website. I love the idea of it, but haven't been able to make it work.

If you go to that page and "view source", you can see the script in there. It even has comments on how to add it. The only problem I see is that whomever pasted the script in there left in the html, head and body tags... but hey it works.

It looks like the designer is very talented at imaging. They designed the background image so that the right edge met the left, and the bottom met the top so when they are tiled it appears seamless. Very smooth!
You can view their background
here
to see what I mean.
EDIT: LOL! Ok, that wasn't what you were referring to, my bad. Although, props on their background!

Thanks Mottie. I found the code and copied it into my document.
Everything looks the same to me, but the images don't appear. It's just an empty slideshow box. This is the first site I've ever worked on and my lack of experience and knowledge is definitely showing...lol.
If anyone wants to take a look, the page I'm having problems with is at
http://www.guildportal.com/Guild.aspx?GuildID=153687&TabID=2285183
Any additional help is greatly appreciated!

YAY! I think I "accidentally" figured it all out. Everything seems to be working at the moment. Thanks again for your help!
Now if I can just get pics of everyone!!

I've got one more question if anyone is still out there...lol.
I'd like to know how to center the slideshow in the box. I've tried using the center align button, but it seems to just keep left justifying it. I'm bit of a neat freak and its driving me batty!
EDIT: Looking at the entire site, it seems that almost everything is "hugging" the left edge. I seem to have lost the blank margin along the left of every single box. Ideas?

You image box is centered. If you look in the bottom right corner of your content box you have a emblem. That is adding the right margin to your box borders and thus making it look off-center. If you want to correct it, the easiest way would be to increase the left pane width to 200px
Control Panel > Site Pages > Home - Display Options > Left Pane Width = 200px
Leave the Center Pane Width blank (it will then adjust as needed if someone changes the browser window size)
