Description
This mod allows you to add a YouTube video and change the player styling along with other options. Also, you can easily add a mp3 audio file using the basic Google mp3 player
or a player that can easily be styled (Wordpress player)

Description
This mod opens a popup to notify you if you have a new mail message. It was written for users who wish to hide their top menu bar (state bar/log in bar). Or if you just want a bigger message telling you that you have mail. I've set it up to open either a growl window (timed popup) or a facebox (popup you have to close).

Description
This mod will add CSS classes to the character status, so you can set the color yourself with the CSS and the script will do the rest. Within the script, you can set it to just color the Status column or the entire row. This is what it will look like:

My guild has an almost 3 year subscription and we've yet to hear a peep from GP. Read my post above and you'll see they aren't paying much attention to the current Spotlights or the guilds being submitted.

I agree. Out of pure boredom I decided to look over some of the spotlight guiles. What a joke. Half of them use templates. Not that templates are bad, but sheesh. Nothing was done to them other than post a cool banner. I'll post some examples in a minute.

hasn't had their original design in months. But, the image in the "Guild Spotlight" area on GPs homepage shows something totally different than what their guild currently has.

I agree the spotlight guilds are much too neglected. You'd think since its on the center of guild portals home page their spotlighted guilds would be impressive or even active. I think it makes GP look bad honestly, when their spotlight guilds haven't used their site in 2 years.
Heck this whole "Admin Community" feels neglected by GP. I know they are working on new features, but I feel like they would make more money by fixing this. I love GP, but if a new site opened that had the ease of GP and actually had a better feature of looking at other sites on GP I'd probably move my site to it.
Come on GP! Spice up the spotlight guilds! You could hire just one person to look through it and it would take maybe a couple days every couple months to keep it recent! Heck hire me, Ill look through em for you

They probably wouldn't even need to hire someone. They could simply offer someone or a couple people who can coordinate with each other a free subscription for 6 months and they'd help with it.

Heya!
Very sorry for the back-seat the spotlight review process has taking to pretty much everything else we've been doing. We are actually in the process of bringing someone on to both review new submissions and making sure the existing ones are still active. However, the review process will be much faster now, with the development of a new tool that speeds up the thumbnail generation, uploading the image, and all that stuff. I'll volunteer to be the punching bag on this one -- my background's been in web development since '92, and diving into GDI+ was something I dreaded!
Turns out it's not so bad!
Anyway, again, sorry for the delay! Wait, no, can you call something that's a year late a delay? *dodges rotten fruit*

are new spotlight guilds added btw? i have probably spammed the hell out of the 'nominate your guild' function, on and off for a couple of months now (obsessive ftw), and yet despite 'checking back reguarly' there appear to have been no new additions to the spotlight list, my guild or otehrwise
what are the requirements for a spotlight guild? (any suggestions for improvement on mine are appreciated
