Our pop up windows, meaning the new windows that open up when you click the "join guild" at the top and when you click on the "read more" of our news, are a terrible mess.  I cannot find where they are customizable at all.  I've searched the forums and found nothing.  I need to put our banner on there (for some reason it is not there, unlike every other page on our site) and also move the boxes or windows or whatever they are over to be centered and below our banner.  Right now they are at the very top of the page and to the left.  We had to turn our transparancies off because of this...with tranparancies on it was unreadable in the pop up windows because of the black background.  I don't understand why these pop up windows are not following the same rules as our other pages.  I am pretty frustrated.

Thanks so much for taking the time to read my post.  I will see if what you posted helps.  I am mostly concerned with the positioning of the pop up box, so hopefully I can fix it with the link you sent.  If the words in the banner are not fixable, well...I can live with that.

Honestly, I'm not seeing any popups. When I click on the "Join this guild" link, it opens a new page in the same window. I also clicked on the News Archives and once again it showed the news (when I clicked on "read") in the same window. So, I apologize but I don't know what it is you need help with.

Sorry for not getting back to you on this but I did figure it out.

• Go to Control Panel > Custom HTML & Script > Custom CSS > CSS Additions to Standard tab
• Add this bit of css:
  
  #pnlQuestions { margin: 300px auto 0 auto; }
  #Form1, #ctl01 { background: url(http://www.axiomfiles.com/Files/346413/bannertransparent_textonly_sm1.png) center 10px no-repeat; }
  #ctl01 { padding-top: 300px; }
  
  
• Adjust the top margin (in red) as desired, it will show the top part of the page. The margin and padding in red should be the same number.
• The #Form1 bit of css adds your banner image back, just adjust the number in red to adjust how far down the image moves as needed - but I think I got it right 

Edit: Never mind, you can add your banner back using the css I added above!
Edit (2/19/2011): Added css to also fix the new user registration page.

Doh, also how do I make the Join Guild window do that too...I see the code you gave me was for the questions...I also want to move the window on the join guild page (the one you get when you are not logged in and the Join Guild is bewteen the two little red dots.  I am so sorry to be a pain, and I sooooo much appreciate your help Mottie!!  You are the bomb!!
