Welcome to the BMC Guild Site!

The Blue Murloc Cult was once a fairly large and very active guild but is now a safe place for friends and alts of the many members who left to start up a raiding guild. Although BMC was built to be a drama free family/social guild, and specificaly Not a raiding guild we did evenentually pull off a few kills in Zul Garub, we also got a couple kills in Molton Core in a group effort with a couple other guilds.  We did our things in PVP and had a bit of a name for a while.  A good while back we moved our mains on, but some of us still spend time in BMC.  And it may never be broken up as it is too fondly remembered by those who have moved on.

The last time this site had a clean up was very long ago, and there are no plans for any further updates. 

To the nostalgic wondering about thier old guild...  it is uncommon to see a player sporting this guild name in thier title, but it does happen.  Many of the old guildies are still playing, and still playing on Uldum.  Many of them are playing other characters now so they may not be easy to find, but no harm in looking, and no harm leaving a character or two in BMC.


And who knows, strange things can happen fast in the world of WoW guilds.  BMC, this lovingly cared for corpse, may yet rise again!

BMC Is Once Again Recruiting!

BMC is once again recruiting for new members. If you're interested in a healthy atmosphere, a good, reasonably mature place to hang out, and being an active part of the Apocalypse when the Murloc emerges to devour the world, please hit the "Join this guild!" link at the top of this page.

BMC Channel Addon

Heya BMC & Ex-BMC,

Because the channel we use to communicate across guilds sorta sucks, we've found a better solution: GuildAds (props to Ylei for tracking it down).

Its a small addon that creates additional functionality to make a cross-guild channel feel like a real guild channel, as well as some other bells and whistles.

BMC Raiders join Nightfall!

Over this weekend, more than 30 raiders from BMC are joining Nightfall, puffing up its numbers to be a full-on raiding guild.

While we're leaving BMC, we're not leaving it behind; our alts and friends under 60 are remaining, and we don't anticipate a die-off of BMC by any means. If you're looking for a good, friendly, mellow place to level up, hang out, and party with good people, we're still recruiting.

Thanks to Nightfall for taking us all in, and thanks to all the BMC staying behind for being as awesome as you are.
