The morning dew was thick today. The shoreline added the taste of saltto the lips of a very tired human. His heavy cape covering himself heshouldered on through the already crowded streets. The days foradventure has arise and the call to his temple has been answered.Nearing a Inn the human looked upon the sign. "The Troll's Head" hemuttered. The maturity of his voice noticeable he was at his primeready for anything. He gazed around to see if any of his friends havearrived yet.

"I waited long enough. They will come when they will come." Enteringthe Inn his travel weariness departed almost immediately. The spaciousroom floor was welcoming and food sounded all the better. The stage wasempty, but the evening promised entertainment. A wise choice to listento his old measters on what inn to go first. The floor was still a bitcrowded for a morning, causing doubts if there would be a roomavailable for him. Knowing his friends will deffently want their ownrooms he sighed in dismay.

A human waitress approached the traveler shy at first. Appearing to bevery new to her postion the traveler replied to her meekness. "Couldyou be so kind to serve me a breakfast meal, bread and cheese would befine. As well a room if you have one." His friends will just have tomake do on there own. "If you could please sir. State your name andbusiness for the logs on the room and would you like something todrink?"

Raising an eyebrow the traveler looked upon the waitress a littlecloser and was shamefaced to see that his first judgment was completelywrong. The waitress was more a warrior than any waitress he has known.Believing she just may be getting a few extra coins. He left it atthat." I apologize. I should have stated my name long before my lady. Aglass of milk please and the name is Salvin with business aboutadventure."

Smiling the waitress heard his story good and enough she headed to theback to get his request pausing by the innkeeper about his room. Salvinfeeling very proud and respectable he waited for his destiny to come tohim.

A cloaked figure boldly stepped out behind Salvin, a smile gracing obviously female lips. Her hand reached out and...

*THWAP*

Krindaria laughed at her brother's surprised and indignant look and casually took the seat next to him pulling off her cloak and pack and setting them at her feet, making herself comfortable as waited for Salvin to quit rubbing the back of his head and seat himself back down. Seeing the two, it was obvious they were not only siblings but fraternal ones, looking so much alike that in the armor they wore one would be hard pressed to tell which one was male and which female.

"About time you showed up," she proclaimed. "Do you know how many blasted halflings and dwarves have already hit on me in the last week while I roamed around like a tourist waiting?"

Salvin chuckled darkly, "Well, you always did attract them. I seem to remember a certain dungeon and a dwarf that adamantly refused to remove himself from your pantleg. Of course, he was rather drunk but..."

"Hush." Krindaria grimaced goodnaturedly, then looked up in interest as the waitress placed her brothers order before him.

Like a snake, her hand shot out and grabbed a fine slice of cheese and proceeded to nibble on it while her brother grumbled and pulled his plate forward.

"Greetings, Fair One," she smiled and introduced herself to the waitress cheekily. "My name is Krindaria, would you be so kind as to bring me the same as this vagabond here ...but with a nice white wine instead of milk please?"

"Of course," the maid replied, taking the coins Salvin had laid out for his own meal and his quiet thanks as well before turning to go back into the kitchen.

"So, brother mine, it's been two seasons and my coinpurse is getting a tad less full, it's time for some fun," she grinned mischeviously.

Salvin groaned.

Aristoblis watched the two from the darkness of his corner.  Rarely did his eyes miss anything, and today was no exception.  The fact that they were kin was unmistakable, but what had piqued his curiosity was their intent.  They were certainly not common travelers, so what was it that they were after here in Stormreach?  Aristoblis lifted his goblet to his lips and took a sip.  He placed the cup back on the table and continued to scan the room but found his gaze returning to the two time and again.

Whisp smiled from her position in the shadows by the fire place. The tavern had been quiet of late and gloom seemed to hang in the air. Familiar faces had been seen less often or had left all together, but now there was these two. Mischievous! That was the word that came to her mind when she saw the two obvious siblings together. A part they looked like trouble makers, together pure and utter chaos. The tavern could use some stirring up and these two seemed like the right two to do it.

Whisp gave a subtle signal to all those under her command to watch the two, but not to interfere unless she gave the signal. She wanted to see what the two had in mind before she sprung any trap. But curiosity was getting the better of her, and she did want to see what the two had to offer. So slender elf meandered over to the two, signaled to the barkeep for her usual, and pulled up a chair.

“Welcome to the Troll Head Tavern strangers. Let me guess you two are related. It is always good to see when families reunite. But where are my manners.” The elf gives her most warm and inviting smile.

“The name is Whisp. Whisp Wander.” The bar wench brought over Whisp’s ornate silver flask, from which Whisp took a quick swig.

“What might I call ye and what mischief brings you to these neck of the woods young siblings.”

Still feeling the sisterly love from Krindaria Salvin could only groan in dismay when he heard her say fun.

Hearing a melodic elven voice Salvin could only raise an eyebrow. Acity to attract Elves is truly one to have adventure he thought.

"My apolagize my lady. Here let me grab a chair for you." quicklyscouting the floor Salvin was to late as Krindaria pulled a chair froma more vantage spot. Grumbling softly Salvin could only see that hissibling did in fact have mischief in her eye.

"Salvin is my name as well my sister Krindaria. We are from the tree of Legendary, but not so famous as the words may sound."

"As for buisness my Lady we have been guided that the Troll's Head is aplace to not only look for employment, but find friends for thefuture." Krindaria said almost sounding in sync after Salvin's sentence.

Whisp could only believe that the two humans standing in front of hermust hold some psycic ability from how they both knew what to say andwhen to say something.

Salvin smerkedfeeling gratful for a new face to see. It is a known fact to him that the morefaces in Krindaria's sight the less attention he will see from her. Thewaitress came through the doors leaving a glass of wine for Krindariaas Krindaria kept snaking her way to Salvin's plate giving off acharming smile to Whisp to join them in the now shared meal. Salvinbeing use to Krindaira antics he could only chuckle at her from hisseat. Taking the seat that was offered Whisp only smiled and bowed herhead settleing her flask in a secret pocket that neither Salvin orKrindaria noticed.

Noticing the waitress still waiting Salvin only surmised that paymentwas needed. Leaving the coins for his twin the waitress scooped up thecoins and left to handle the other customers. Noticing for the firsttime a wizard in the room observing thier conversation. Salvin nowbelieved that this Inn was just more than a Inn now.

Krindaria chuckled quietly as she let her brother pay for her meal then turned her attention to Whisp as she took another sip of her wine. It wasn't the best, but far from being the worst tasting wine she'd had in her travels.

"Yes, myself I've been travelling alone for awhile for pleasure while waiting on Salvin to get done with...well, whatever he was doing," she stated, then turned to her brother and talked quieter for a moment. "You do plan on finally telling me where you just had to go right?"

Salvin just grinned back. His sister was far less patient than he was and well he knew it and used it for his own amusement.

The womans eyes rolled and turned back to their guest. "Anyways, our plans are just what we said....well, plus add good food, good wine, good fun, good everything."

She had perused the tavern when she had originally entered, noting the patrons and general outlay of the place and now waved her hand around negligently, her eyes again sweeping over the room. Mostly regulars but not too crowded for the time of day. A couple of the more interesting inhabitants had been enough to ensure her that the tavern was not your everyday watering hole-in-wall, but why they had been steered towards this particular place...well, they'd surely find out. Olladra would fare them well enough in this place she figured.

"As for mischief...well, I can assure you I am a right proper citizen and have never been in trouble a day of my life," Krin stated with a straight face.

She ignored the trickle of milk that escaped her brothers snort.

Oh no. Whisp thought to her self. These two were going to be a handful and then some. It was like watching two hasted kobolds on an oil slickened field. Just sitting next to them she could feel her pulse start to race in its attempt to match there syncronis energies. She closed her eyes for a moment and forcefully calmed herself.
"So you are after gameful employment hey?" Whisp's eyes narrowed and her features hardened. Many a spy had tried a simular tack to get in amounst the Fellowship. And just as many now lay deep down in the bowels of the basement. Whisp subtly signalled the rest of the Fellowship to be ready for anything. Her hands then disappeared into the sleaves of her robe.
"What skills do you have to offer?" she smile a cat with two mice in a trap.

I do not like the looks of this, Aristoblis thinks.  Whisp has signaled an alert, which could only mean potential trouble.

Aristoblis readied himself.  He slid his chair back from the table slowly and called forward in his mind the words of a Hold Person spell.  If things did go bad perhaps he could bring them to a halt before the pair did something they might regret…with their lives.

Krindaria tore off a small piece of bread and popped it into her mouth, following it with another sip of wine. Her eyes didn't miss the sudden unease that stirred the room, nor did she miss certain individuals trying to be circumspect as they tensed and prepared themselves for...something.

Apparently Olladra is NOT looking out for my best interests today. What did we come into? Trap? Den of thieves? I swear to the Host, I'm going to pick our next tavern. New faces in the tavern...set upon, robbed...not unheard of really. Bloody knickers.. she cursed silently.

She didn't have to look at her brother to know that he sensed it too and also know that he was prepared, if he had to, to defend himself.

Keeping all outward signs of her plummeting mood to herself, she pushed back her barely touched plate and looked at Whisp frankly, but with the same cheery look on her face.

"Skills? Hmm...well. I can tie a cherry stem with..."

Salvin spoke the last few words in unison, "my toes."

The two siblings chuckled together, then Salvin looked at his sister meaningfully. He wasn't willing to open up and give away knowledge in a room full of people he wasn't at all sure weren't just about to try and kill the two of them. The two Legendarys weren't about to escalate the issue, whatever it was, if they didn't have to...but neither would they go quietly if the patrons around them had nefarious ideas.

Krin reached over and ruffled her brothers hair. "And this one here, he has more useful skills than I do...at least I think so. He's more practical. I'm more of the carefree type."

The woman took another sip of the wine. "There is one more skill that my brother and I are vastly different in. He's more of the diplomatic type...doesn't mind confrontation, but I get to the point more. I'm the blunt one," she looked openly around the room, pausing a moment at each of occupants.

"So...Whisp...if I may call you Whisp?" she asked, her smile still bright as she looked back at the elf that was sharing their table. "Is there a reason why I feel like I'm about to be jumped on in an open tavern suddenly, or did I order the wrong thing? While I'm not a fan of milk myself, if I had thought that my brother and I were going to be robbed, because of my choice in wines, I would have ordered the milk. Or maybe an ale...a good ale is hard to find," she quipped.

Salvin sighed and muttered to himself as he took what he believed was his last bite of cheese, in this tavern at least.

Then the room got even more quiet, if that was at all possible.

Crap! Things were escalating to fast. The room felt like a powder keg waiting for someone to light the fuse. Whisp had forgotten the respect and attention her new position as Prime of Dusk Watch afforded her. She had also forgot that her new position also made her a prime target for assassins, and at this distance the two stangers in front of her did not need to be that good an aim. She needed to difuse the situation and quickly before some new recruit got it in to his head to come to her rescue. She need to get someone over here that would add weight to the air around these two and perhaps stiffle the flames of emotions that these two seemed to be feeding off.
"Wine will not get you killed here but any action that is not calm and well paced might."
Whisp saw out of the corner of her eye Aristoblis preparing to strike with some spell or another. Good. He is level headed and not likely to kill them right away, she thought to herself. Then she saw him. The perfect person to bring weight to the situation and perhaps smooth out the rapid pulse of the room and to aid her if things at this distance went wrong. Sho.
Whisp waved to him to come and sit with them and to bring glasses.
"Shall we have a drink and try to live another day." Whisp tried to smile but her paranoia was starting to raise its ugly head. Whisp slowly pulled her hand out of her sleeve to reveal the ornate flask.
"Elven spirts anyone." Whisp cried allowed with a large smile and a raised flask. She then tried to catch a glance to see where Sho was.
