The relative quietness of the lesser used alleys passed quickly into the hustle and bustle of the dockyards. Witchfinder loved this place for the very reasons that others hated it. People arrived in Stormreach with only a few goals and usually very little prejudice, the sea journey sought to that. Here friendships were forged, this was pure.  How that would change.

A passer-by pushed passed Witchfinder and jolted him back into reality.

"What the hell am i doing here ?" he asked of noone in particular. The blank stares were his only reply. Placing his hand once more into a pocket that he had already checked, he found what he thought was lost.

With a slight laugh he kept a tight hold of the note, and rushed back towards the tavern. 

"It seems that only after i have asked do i realise i already know the answer. Now to find that familiar figure."

Her eyes narrowed as a familiarly loud, short figure made a stumbling, lurching trail down the road.  Rory...

Ranaewen slowly unfolded herself from the wall she leaned against.  Her hand rested lightly on her sword to still its metallic ring as she moved.  She trailed after the dwarf at a fair distance, her stride slow and meandering, as if simply strolling.  Her eyes peeked from under the hood occassionally. 

Of course, he's loud enough that I needn't bother looking up at all...  She smirked silently to herself.
