Arachan's voice is once again projected through your minds: "Its alright, Smudge. Fast as Markoss may be, I am not exactly slow either. The telepathy spell is in effect, and you will find the scroll in one of your pockets. But, still, thump him one for me, would you?"

Arachan looks puzzled, then asks those remaining on the deck, "Does it seem to any of you that quite a few less magi are appearing on the deck of the ship?"

You get the feeling that Arachan is wincing as he says, "No need to shout, Smudge. I can hear your surface thoughts just fine. And be careful, there are less magi appearing on the deck, I think. Maybe a coincidence, but they could have noticed you, so be ready."

((Oooh, have fun. And apparently we have a mage killer in the house, Arach better be ready to blast some people

Not hearing Arachan, Aaliana goes belowdeck and to a room towards the front of the ship, away from where the engine/elemental is. She then starts dragging furniture out of the room, until it is bare of all but a couple of chairs. She then looks around the room, testing the walls to make sure they are all strong. Satisfied, she then makes her way back up to the deck.

She looks for Arachan, and once seeing him, says, "I have prepared a room that we can use. The only things in it now are a couple of chairs. And, it is towards the front, away from the elemental. I hope this helps."

((To be entirely fair, I didn't actually, *do* anything to Smudge. I just cast a few spells before Markoss jumped.

"Thank you, Aaliana. I shall go and finish it up."

Arachan descends into the lower parts of the ship, and finds the room that Aaliana prepared. Though he has not said anything to the others about it, Arachan has had to interogate a few people before, and knows some magical preparations that can make the situation all the more intimidating for whatever unfortunate soul Elorick and Gallifrey capture.

He begins be eliminating the door and the windows. Then, he causes part of the floor to increase in height, creating a platform where the interegators can sit. He lines up most of the chairs there, leaving only one on the lower part of the floor, where the prisoner will be placed. The chairs on the dais he makes to look almost like thrones, so as to be more imposing, and the chair where the prisoner will sit he makes hard, stiff, and uncmfortable in general, and low to the floor, to create a sense of inferiority in the prisoner. Satisfied with his work, he creates a dimensional portal that will act as a door, but only for those he chooses to allow to enter, and returns to the upper deck.

((I would say that what Arach does doesn't count as god moding. 1rst, he never claims invincibility, just pretty-darn-hard-to-kill-ability, 2nd Being a. a level 19 wizard, and b. 849 years old, Arach has access to just about every arcane spell. Also, having such a high int, he also has lots of bonus spells to throw around. Further, everything he did fits with a spell. Prest. for some of the simpler effects, wood/stone shape for some of the others. Fairly certain telepathy is an arcane spell, if not, the situation qualified a wish. Not saying he has all of these prep'd, but as a mage with a penchant for being flashy, he probably has wands or scrolls for most of these spells, or maybe a transmutation staff.
