Week Seven or is it 9?  No wait it's 10..  but it's or 7th Task Force Taxibot!    So we took a week off last week and in case you wonder what do they do when they're not running Task Forces?   Well we pulled out our Dual Pistols Blaster and Defenders and had some fun shooting everything that moved.  Gunplay was put aside this week and TF Taxibot hosted a Manticore TF begining aroud 8:30 PM Eastern Time.  The team assembled quickly and off we went battling Countess Crey's forces including Paragon Protectors.  Manticore isn't a long TF with only 9 missions and 5 of those are stealthable so with three team members, myself included, able to stealth and teleport we made quick work of the event finishing in1 hour 32 minjutes and 16 seconds.  Everyone earned 32 reward merits along with the Manticore's Associate badge which is one of the six required for thr Task Force Commander Accolade.  The team this week included:

In case you are wondering we actually had one Blaster on the team NOT using Dual Pistols  LOL

To date we have helped 31 players earn at least 20 different badges and 1178 Reward Merits not counting the ones we have earned ourselves...  an additional 790 Merits.  All accomplished in a total of 10 hours and 37 minutes.   Our safety record took a bit of a hit with a few members ending up face down during the TF but overall everyone had a good time.  To be honest I am not sure if anyone leveled mainly because on 5 of the 9 missions I was stealthing and two more missions involve street hunts so there were very few times the entire team was in one place to hear the familiar "ding" when someone reaches that next security level. 

We really didn't discuss the agenda for next week but so far we have done Synapse, Sister Psyche, Moonfire, Manticore, Numina, Dr. Kahn and The First Respec Trial (against Skyraiders).  Our options include...  Citadel which is 11 missions long including 4 we can stealth, one street hunt, one FedEX and 5 defeat alls (although several are fairly small maps).  TRhat would take us about 90 minute to 2 hours maximum and awards 40 merits to each player.  The Lady Gray TF which is only 5 missions long although most are not stealthable..  Rikti Drones see through even Superior invisibility anyway.  It's good for 37 merits a piece and Taxibot Tandar did a very NON-SPeed one a while back where the team purposely set out to defeat everything on EVERY map and still managed to complete it in less than 2 hours.  Of course there is Positron which awards 66 merits and my DP Blaster completed one a few days ago in well under 3 hours.  We also have the option for the seond or even the third Respec Trials (Freakshow or Rikti)  each of those awrding 20 merits and like the first normally taking aroound 60 minutes to complete... with a good start we coulod actually accomplish both of those in one night doing the 2nd from 8:30-9:30 and the Third from say 10PM -11PM Eastern time although I am not sure how that would work Merit wise since they are both Respecs and we might wind up shorting ourselves on merits by doing 2 in welll under the 24 hour time frame.  We can do Hess in Striga which is onlt 9 missions long and goes by very quickly since all of the missions are on Striga.  It awards 19 Merits  and the only drawback is we need someone to start it that hgas completed all of Lars Hanson's missions there.  And of course the one we have avoided for so long is the IFT in CImerora.. It's 4 missions long..  none REALLY stealthable  but some stealth can be applied in spots and it offers up 26 merits and the possibility of a Purple recipe drop to any player over level 47.    Like the rest with a goood team it can be complete in well under 2 hours and all those Bosses, Elite Bosses and five AV (3 really but remember we have to defeat romulus 3 times in the final mission) along with 2 mission requiring us to defeat 300 Cimeroran Traitors makes it a great mission to earn Influence, XP and Prestige.   Taxibot One mentioned he still needs Citadel and Posi for his TF Commander so I am leaning toward Citadel next week.... unless he is ready to grind through Posi  LOL.

Now the Task Force ended at 10PM so you may wonder what did they do after that?  Well of course we all switched to DP Blasters, formed a radio mission team in Brickstown, and blasted our way through five missions before Midnight was approaching and all of us logged for the evening.  By then Grim had joined us and Hollow had logged so we kept the mix 3 taxis and 5 guests for most of the night.  Oh by the way doing the math..  we have run 7 successful TF in 10:37 which means we average a completed TF in 1:31 and on average the TEAM earns 281 Reaward merits along with an untold number of badges (since many of the ones we have done help players earn other badges required for other accolades) and I wouldn't even want to venture a guess at the number of players we have helped gain at least 1 or more levels along the way.  See you all next Friday
