I can't vouch for it working, but I can say that I didn't see anything malicious while looking through the VBS files, and running it in a sandbox didn't create any files anywhere.

Anybody with some high WoW latency might want to check it out.

Disclaimer:  Don't take the word of random incredibly handsome guys on message boards when they tell you to run VBS files.  Take whatever precautions you feel you need to take, if you feel you need to run the VBS file.
