If you DO NOT have a guildportal user name then click on the “New User” link on the top of the page; fill in your chosen user name, e-mail address, and the password of your choice. If you wish to apply to The Cartel then click the “Apply to the Cartel website Now!” checkbox. Enter the names of the toons that you wish to associate with The Cartel, click “create account”. Fill out all of the questions in the Application for membership to the best of your abilities. At the bottom of the page click “Submit Answers”.

    If you DO have a guildportal user name then log into guildportal and click on the “Join The Cartel” link at the top of the page next to your name. Fill out all of the questions in the Application for membership to the best of your abilities. At the bottom of the page click “Submit Answers”.

    Please await an in-game mail or tell. A member of The Council will contact you within 24 – 48 hours. Your application will be reviewed by The Council within the first 24 hours of being submitted. Please be aware that your application may also be reviewed by our members for approval prior to a guild invite being extended to you.
