Guild Leader

The Royal Britannian Guards guild is an organized association of people who enjoy roleplay and interaction in the lands of Ultima Online. Inspired by the Commander of the Royal Britannian Guard, Myrina Heron; the guild brings people who wish to be Royal Guards together on the Chesapeake Shard. It is a simple way to unite the Royal Guards and people who wish to be them.

You will see that there are no obligations to fulfill and no events you have to attend (although we'd love to see you there!). It is just a place to have fun. Also, we do not condone player murder and do not war.However we do offer wars under sister guilds for fun. For a definition of the difference between murder and killing please see our library section. If you don't play the game that much, don't sweat it. Whenever you do play, you should be able to find another member to interact with.

The best part about the guild is its' many diverse people. We have folks from Switzerland to Mississippi and we promote team work and not just an "on your own" roleplaying experience! The goal of this guild is to bring unity to people who wish to be in the Royal Britannian Guards.

Guardians Gate Attacked!

Surprise attack in Guardians Gate!

The morning was not unlike any other in peaceful Guardians Gate as everyday life was brought to a stand still today. While citizens went about thier business crafting items and relaxing in the winters day, the rumble of marching soldiers was heard from miles away. Unweary of what cometh, the city was taken by surprise as thousands of orc lay siege upon our peaceful lands.
Hordes and hordes of orc poured into the city as Royal Knight Thomas Berard and Elder Delta Butch were first to sight the massive force and send out the call to arms. The famed Ottersrun Taphouse was first overrun as citizens scrambled for cover as immense Orc Brutes, bombers, and other evil hordes bombarded all in sight. The streets now filled with orc and the blood of our citizens spilt, the Royal Guard began to turn the tide as the forces of evil awashed the walls of Castle Guardians Gate.

After hours of battle the Royal Guard stood victorious. This did not go without help as citizens from the cities of Al Ellisande and Zedland lent spell and sword to aid in the defeat of the evil that reared its ugly head this day. As the corpses were piled and burnt in the nearby swamps the speculation began as leadership attempted to retrieve clues to who or what was behind this sinister attack. Among the corpses, Lady Brinna managed to retrieve a slightly smoldered orders parchment found on the evil Orc Lord who led the attack. The parchment is on display at the Ottersrun Taphouse and reads as follows:

" Klub da hummiez "
by an Orcish Lord

" The order is mostly written in jumbled orcish. From what you can tell however, it seems the orcs were hired by a third party.... You tuck the orders as they may prove useful. "

City leaders have met as the call to send scouts to any and all cities in search of further orcish hordes has been issued. City defenses in Guardians Gate and its allying cities have been heightened as we brace for further conflict. The fleet of the United Sosarian Navy has been summoned to nearby waters along with the activation of the cities Felucca forces known as the Crimson Guard. Unknown is to who is behind this dispicable attack, be weary friends as someting wicked this way cometh.....

COLT Banner Construction Complete!

Clan of the Lost Temple Banner Constructed!

On Tuesdays eve, construction was completed on the newest of the Chesapeake shards city banners. The Clan of the Lost Temple Village run by the (COLT) guild is the latest in an ever growing list of emerging communites to recieve town recognition. Guild leaders and interested town citizens were on hand as Mesanna and EM Dudley worked diligently to complete the realms newest addition.

Gunga Din Wins USA Dart League Championship!

USA Alliance Dart League Finals!

The month long United Sosarian Alliance Dart League came to its end this eve as the city of Al Ellisande hosted the leagues final event. The ale did flow and many great scores were posted including four scores over 60 with 3! players hitting the bullseye. The nights host Miroku of (MSE) greeted Guest with food and drink inside the cities Mayors Office.

As the crowd began to gather and brackets began to fill, the night was ripe with anticipation as the points battle for the league championship was a tight race to the finish. Gunga Din (TWOD) was mere points ahead of second place Tiger Lily (TIPS) as the night began. Needing a solid finish to secure the championship, Gunga aka Mr. Booties was well on his way.

Several newcomers arrived for tonights finals bringin with them a bit a luck and good aim as the nights eventual Winner Kwisatz Haderach (RBG) proved too much for Gomez (RBG) the rookie, who rode the tide of beginners luck all the way to the finals! In third place and securing the league overall championship was Gunga Din (TWOD) and rounding out the field in fourth was Miroku (MSE), and in fifth Niva the Savage (T^T).

Congratulations to our months Champion Gunga Din! For his efforts he recieved a check for a cool million along with a nice trophy and gift box. Thanks to the cities of the United Sosarian Allliance and our weekly hosts for all thier hard work! Here's the final standings and make sure to join us in the month of Febuary beginning next Monday with the Archery League!

RBG Wins at Silvervale Knight Games!

Saturday "Knight Games" Results!

The second half of the Knight Games presented by the player city of Silvervale took place on Saturdays eve deep inside the secret cave opened by EM Vladmiere. On tap for the night was the Pet Fighting Competiton, Battle Chicken Lizard Tournament, and Mage Duel. A good crowd was on hand as they matches began to get underway!

The nights first bouts were ferocious Cu's! Six beasts vied for the events championship with eventual winner Bear (RBG) taking first place in resounding fashion! Congratulations to Bear! In second place was Kei Kusanagi (RAZE), and third place went to A Chick (RBG)!

In the Battle Chicken Lizard event colorful lizards battled to the death in these double elimination bouts as champion Blushing Rose (RBG) bested the field with her brightly colored bird critter! Second place finisher Larry Fine (RBG) battled valiently to fight off third place winner Merel Squirrel (RBG)! Congrats to all of our pet owners! Keep trainin those birds!

The Mage Duels featured two lone spellcasters! The two battled in a best of three format as Daria Blackmoore (RBG) held off a dangerous Kei Kusanagi (RAZE) to take the nights prize. Special thanks to Silvervale Mayor Oni for a great series of events along with EM Vlad for his assistance. Look for More in the coming weeks and come on out and join in the action!

Crafters from Templar Stronghold Village, Guardians Gate and Kijustsu Anei
Village came together on Friday evening. The event was created by Prowler
Prime Minister of Templar Stronghold Village.

It is a shard wide craft fair where anyone is welcome to come. We
will make spell books, furniture, weapons and other crafted items.
This is to show our love for the community. And give back to the
community. Old vet players and young players alike in cooperation
with other player towns.

Templar Stronghold Village will send 2 of there crafters. This is a united
crafting event. Prowler spoke to many player towns on this matter. The
event is every other Friday. Every 15mins of the 2hour craft event
will be a 500k raffle!

Congratulations to Zelda of Zed for winning the first raffle!!! The team setup
to maintain this event has informed us that some re-organization will be done.
Since this past Friday was the first run they now know what they need to
improve on. We all look forward to very successful event being worked on by
as many towns in the realm that wish to be apart of it.
