E.V.I.L Rules
#1). Show respect to others. Vulgar language can be tolerated but try not to offend or insult anyone and make sure your actions do not upset anyone.

#2). Play in SG Mode. Our base rent is expensive and you all have access to it and its functionality. Playing in SG mode is a requirement as a result. Small money making runs when your in need is acceptable, but players with no prestige gain are removed from the SG.

#3). Activity: Players are allowed from 7-14 days of inactivity before they are removed. Players who express to a leader that they will be inactive for longer than policy will be exempt from the 14 day policy up to 60 days.
E.V.I.L Ranks
Pure Evil: This is the leader rank and is not a rank that is normally earned.
Seed of Evil: This is the Officer Rank and is earned by showing loyalty, teaming with SG, extreme prestige gain, and time with the SG without being on probation.
Master Slayer: This is the rank most people have, its gained by players main characters once they begin to play in SG mode.
Slayer: This is the rank that a players alts are given. They are still required to play in SG mode.
Lackey: This is a probation rank, it has many restrictions and is the first rank to be removed if we need to remove players from the roster. Players who are in this rank either have not gained prestige, or have been warned once about their conduct. There is not a second warning, two time offenders are removed from the SG.
While your here. Check out some of the sites assests. We have a great information section writen by our players, and we have a wonderfull forum we share with our coalitions. I have also linked up some really cool pre-release movies for the city of villains game. This one here is my favorite, it features a battle on arachnos grounds between alot of signature heroes and villains. And then there is this one here, much older but still very cool, mainly because sister psyche bites it ..mwahahaha!
Anyways, I find these two vids to be very very inspiring as a villain! Enjoy!

 Welcome to another issue of City Of Villains! \
 With issue 9 we have seen a small influx of old players returning to the game and some new ones trying it out for the first time.
 Now as many have seen, in the grand scheme...this game is dieing. Issue 9 has opened some eyes and those people are heading off to other games as the result of many things that are not right in CoV. But for me, and for many others within the E.V.I.L super group...this game is about more than content...its about freinds and having fun with those freinds.
 SO! Now is the time to show the people Issue 9 has brought into out community what fun is like...villain style!
 Shakara, Twisted Ecstasy and myself are combining efforts to breath new life into this super group and we will be adding tons of option yet fun events and contests to the work week and week ends to come.
 Some of the suggested events are Monster Island raids, Strike Force runs. Badge runs, costume contests,recruitment drives, prestige contests and much more. So keep an eye on the site and the in game Message of the day for more informations.
