One thing I might do with the tail, since you are trying to show motion, is maybe not draw the line weight as heavy around the part that is moving? Trying to think how you'd do it so it looked a tad blurry and give it more movement.

I'm huge on shading - love doing it a lot, especially in charcoal. Adding a bit of shading, especially along the her legs, to give it a tiny bit of depth would be a nice addition. I'm real near-sighted and have horrible astigmatism so my depth of field is really bad so I tend to rely on shading a lot to make judgments on length and depth.

I'd love to see more of your work. Illustration art is really nice and something I'd like to dabble in a bit, along with a million other things!
